For Wideshot, a branding project for a Melbourne-based cinematographer, the goal was clear: capture the artistry and vision behind every frame. The challenge? Turning abstract concepts like creativity and depth into a tangible brand identity.
The logo draws inspiration from the director’s hand pose, a symbol of framing the perfect shot, merged with an eye to represent vision. To tie it all together, I added wire-like elements, nodding to the technological and AI aspects of the brand.
The color palette—vibrant Persian blue, amber, and firozi blue—creates a striking contrast, reflecting the balance between cool cinematic tones and the warmth of storytelling.
The client’s fresh ideas pushed me to think differently, and I guided their vision with my expertise, finding harmony between innovation and practicality. Together, we built a brand identity that celebrates storytelling, technology, and the magic of cinema.
